Scarlett is the founder of Elevate Healing, LLC services.  She draws upon her Sāmoan heritage to bring a unique perspective and deep passion for supporting others through her work. As a Marriage & Family Therapist, life coach, and consultant, she is dedicated to promoting mental wellness, personal growth, and stronger relationships—both for individuals and within organizations—through a culturally responsive, holistic approach.

With over a decade of experience, Scarlett creates a welcoming, inclusive space where clients and corporate teams can explore challenges, develop essential skills, and discover new paths to growth.
Her practice is grounded in cultural humility, honoring and celebrating the unique backgrounds of every person and organization she works with.

Scarlett strives to make therapy, coaching, and consulting meaningful, uplifting, and transformative. Her goal is to foster healing, resilience, and connection—for individuals, teams, and organizations.

​​Scarlett is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist** with an additional certifications as Child Mental Health Professional (CMHP) and CBT+, and is a Clinical Supervisor (Washington State Only).

She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage, Family, & Child Therapy (via Webster University, 2012) and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Recreation Therapy (via University of Florida, 2005).

  • ​​As a former member of the University of Florida Track & Field team, Scarlett competed in multiple winning Southeastern Conference (SEC) and East Regional championships. She lived the competitive mindset and the drive to achieve championship goals. Alongside her athletic achievements, she was also recognized as an SEC Academic Honor Roll recipient and NCAA Academic All-American, reflecting her commitment to excellence both on and off the field.​
