Individual Therapy Each session is personalized to fit your needs. Through each session we begin to explore your strengths, desires, challenges, and collaborate to devise a plan and solutions to begin the journey of repair, restoration, and/or remedy to continue to elevate personal growth. |
Clinical Supervision (WA State Only) During supervision I assist in navigating your niche, therapeutic style, and challenge you how to improve your overall therapeutic lens to become self-of-therapist. Becoming a fully-licensed therapist is a journey and it's a journey full of challenges and rewards. As a supervisee my hope is that your clinical supervision experience will provide you a space where you are challenged, heard, feel safe, and supported. |
